Who are we looking for?

Community Manager – Counselor Network

If you enjoy motivating, supporting, and enabling independent professionals (educators, affiliates, counselors), this role is for you.

You’re ideal for this role if:

2–4 years of experience

• You’re comfortable working with WhatsApp groups, CRM tools, and automation platforms.
  
• You love data — tracking active users, engagement rates, and lead outcomes.
  
• You’re fluent in

  English + Telugu / Hindi

  , and can communicate naturally with educators and parents.
• You can work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with empathy and energy.
  

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and engage a community of

  active counselors across India

  .
• Onboard new counselors, help them understand the platform and process.
  
• Run weekly

  engagement campaigns

  – contests, rewards, recognition drives.
• Support counselors through

  WhatsApp, calls, and periodic check-ins

  .
• Monitor activity metrics – lead generation, student conversions, counselor activeness.
  
• Coordinate with the Training and Sales teams to ensure counselors are productive and motivated.
  
• Collect feedback from counselors and share insights with the core team.
  
• Manage counselor-related communications (announcements, success stories, updates).
  
• Work with the automation team to improve community workflows (WhatsApp bots, reminders, contests).
