Community Manager

As a Community Manager at Haris&Co Academy in Calicut, you will play a crucial role in engaging with and growing various communities associated with the academy. Your responsibilities will include: - **Community Engagement:** - Monitor and manage conversations across communities of all the 4 school - Design, marketing, coding, and finance, as well as the Alumni community of students from HACA. - Create engaging programs for the Alumni community, collaborate with Experts for Guest sessions for upskilling. - Follow up on Demo workshop attendees, send reminders, and provide participation updates. - **Content Creation & Strategy:** - Work with the marketing team to create campaigns that resonate with the community and drive engagement. - Share industry news, updates, and relevant content to foster a sense of belonging within the community. - **Community Growth:** - Identify opportunities to expand the community through partnerships, events, and engagement strategies. - Monitor community growth, analyze trends, and provide reports on engagement metrics and insights. - **Event Planning & Execution:** - Assist in organizing and executing virtual or in-person events like webinars, meetups, or workshops. - Engage with community members throughout the event for a successful experience. - **Brand Advocacy:** - Promote Haris&Co Academy values and voice through community interactions. - Encourage user-generated content and testimonials to drive brand loyalty. - **Reporting & Analytics:** - Track community engagement metrics, feedback, and satisfaction to guide strategy adjustments. - Provide regular reports on community activities, growth, and engagement to the marketing leadership team. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing or related field. - 1+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or related roles. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, community engagement, and online content creation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive, positive, and adaptable personality. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with a Day shift schedule and the work location is in person at Haris&Co Academy in Calicut.,
