Community Manager

As a Community Manager in the Co-working Industry, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of operations and member relations. Your primary responsibilities will include: New Site Operations & Fit-Out Management: You will be responsible for coordinating with design, construction, and fit-out teams to ensure that new sites adhere to brand specifications and timelines. Tracking fit-out progress, organizing deliveries, and resolving delays are key tasks to ensure sites are fully prepared for launch. Operations Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of coworking spaces will be essential. This includes maintaining clean and functional spaces, coordinating with vendors for seamless operations, and managing relationships with office suppliers. Community Engagement & Member Relations: Creating a vibrant and collaborative community atmosphere is vital. Planning events, onboarding new members, resolving member concerns, and fostering strong relationships will be part of your responsibilities. Team Leadership & Development: Leading and mentoring community staff to align with company goals, providing training, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring effective communication between departments are key facets of your role. Launch Strategy & Execution for New Sites: Developing strategies for successful site launches, collaborating with marketing for promotions, and planning launch events to attract members will be crucial in expanding the coworking network. Marketing & Sales Collaboration: Supporting sales teams in promoting coworking spaces, giving tours to potential clients, working with marketing to increase membership, and aligning community engagement efforts with sales goals are important aspects of your role. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Seawoods (co-working space) with 2-3 years of experience and a salary range of up to 35-40k monthly.,
