Community Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the co-working space, ensuring facilities are clean, functional, and well-organized.
• Welcome visitors, give tours of the workspace, and explain membership options to potential clients.
• Handle inquiries, bookings, and client onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members to foster a positive community experience.
• Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Organize community events, workshops, and networking activities.
• Monitor space utilization and support management in driving occupancy and retention.
• Maintain records of memberships, payments, and client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and workplace policies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in management, hospitality, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is a plus.
• Positive, energetic, and approachable personality.
