Job Description

Manage Daily Office Operations – Ensure the smooth running of the office environment, equipment, and supplies. Administrative Support – Handle correspondence, schedules, filing, and general clerical tasks. Staff Coordination – Assist with onboarding, maintain employee records, and support internal communication. Budget & Expense Management – Track office expenses, manage petty cash, and coordinate with finance for payments. Vendor & Facility Management – Liaise with service providers for office maintenance, supplies, and contracts. Compliance & Policy Enforcement – Ensure adherence to company policies and legal/regulatory requirements. Technology & System Support – Oversee office tools, software subscriptions, and basic IT coordination. Meeting & Event Coordination – Organize team meetings, prepare agendas, arrange travel, and support event planning. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
