Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and efficient Office Manager to supervise and streamline day-to-day operations within our recruitment office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in overseas recruitment, international job placement, or a similar consultancy environment. This role requires strong coordination skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to handle clients, candidates, and internal teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients by understanding and addressing their recruitment requirements.
• Ensure smooth coordination of candidate departures to overseas destinations, providing guidance on travel, documentation, and final formalities.
• Serve as the primary contact for resolving issues faced by deployed candidates after joining their overseas roles.
• Handle and resolve client and candidate-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with recruitment teams, HR, and support staff to ensure seamless workflow and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment operations, preferably in international / overseas job placement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, HR Management, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong leadership qualities with a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage office operations efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
