Job duties: Content Creation and Strategy (40% of time) Develop, write, and edit high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and social media posts to engage the target audience and drive brand awareness. Collaborate with internal teams, including product marketing, design, and sales, to develop content materials, presentations, and messaging. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and tone, maintaining consistency across all platforms and materials. Brand Messaging and Positioning (30% of time) Develop and implement brand messaging strategies, in alignment with the overall company marketing objectives. Work closely with the sales team to understand product positioning and tailor messaging to support their objectives. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of content campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact. Sales Enablement and Collaboration (20% of time) Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, such as presentations, case studies, and product sheets, to help the sales team effectively communicate the value of Hexnode's platform. Collaborate with the sales team to identify key customer segments and create targeted messaging campaigns. Provide ongoing support to the sales team, sharing market insights and assisting with customer engagement as needed. Professional Development (10% of time) Continuously enhance copywriting skills and industry knowledge through self-study, webinars, and workshops. Build relationships with other copywriting professionals in the industry to exchange best practices and insights. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field. Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in copywriting, content creation, or a related role, with a strong emphasis on brand messaging. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management. Knowledge of endpoint security solutions and the broader IT security landscape is a plus.
