About the Role

We are looking for a strategic Senior Content Writer to lead and oversee the entire content function. This role goes beyond writing - you’ll define and manage content strategy, brand voice, and editorial standards, while being accountable for the outputs of the SEO and Creative Content Writers. You will also take ownership of PR communications, retention campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

· Define and own the end-to-end content strategy and editorial roadmap.

· Lead content writers (SEO & Creative), ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with brand tone.

· Write and oversee long-form content: whitepapers, blogs, case studies, reports.

· Manage PR communications (press releases, media kits, industry thought leadership).

· Collaborate with lifecycle/retention teams on emails, push notifications, and messaging content.

· Maintain brand voice, tone, and consistency across all touchpoints.

· Track and report content performance, providing insights to the Head of Marketing.

Requirements

· 5–8 years of experience in content writing, PR, or editorial strategy.

· Proven experience managing content teams or mentoring writers.

· Strong portfolio covering long-form, PR, and lifecycle/retention content.

· Excellent storytelling, editing, and brand-building skills.

· Experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B tech is a plus.

· Analytical mindset with ability to measure content impact.
