Senior Content Writer

As a Senior Content Writer at Akrivia HCM, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling, long-form content to showcase our AI-driven HCM platform’s value to HR professionals, business leaders, and IT decision-makers. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategic content that addresses customer pain points, highlights Akrivia HCM’s unique features, and drives engagement across various channels. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling, research skills, and an understanding of HR technology to create content that resonates with our target audience and supports our brand’s mission.

• Content Creation

  : Write high-quality, long-form content (800–2,000 words), including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks to promote Akrivia HCM.

• SEO Optimization

  : Incorporate relevant keywords to enhance search visibility while maintaining readability and engagement.

• Storytelling and Use Cases

  : Create compelling stories and real-world scenarios to demonstrate how Akrivia HCM solves industry-specific challenges, leveraging customer testimonials and data from our platform.

• Content Maintenance

  : Update and repurpose existing content to keep it relevant, ensuring consistency with Akrivia HCM’s evolving platform features and industry trends.

• LLMs:

  Familiarity and experience with LLMs and AI writing tools is mandatory.

• Experience

  : 3–5 years of experience in content writing, preferably in B2B SaaS, HR technology, or a related field, with a proven track record of creating long-form content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies).

• Education

  : Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in content marketing or SEO are a plus.

• Writing Skills

  : Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content for professional audiences.

• Technical Aptitude

  : Familiarity with HR technology, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software is highly desirable. Ability to understand and explain technical concepts (e.g., AI, analytics, integrations) in a simple, accessible way.

• SEO Knowledge

  : Understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structuring for search visibility.

• Research Skills

  : Ability to conduct research using provided materials and external sources to create well-informed, data-backed content.

• Collaboration and Communication

  : Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams. Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback.

• Tools Proficiency

  : Experience with content management systems, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Clickup).

• Adaptability

  : Ability to adapt content for different industries (e.g., IT, healthcare, manufacturing) and tailor messaging to diverse buyer personas.

• Experience writing for HR or technology-focused audiences.
• Knowledge of HR challenges (e.g., talent retention, compliance, workforce analytics) and how technology addresses them.
• Ability to translate complex technical features into benefit-driven narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Akrivia HCM’s key differentiators (AI-native architecture, unified platform, global payroll, etc.) is a plus.
