Senior Content Writer

Role Summary Drive the strategy, creation and optimisation of mid- and bottom-funnel assets for our website Resource Centre and persona-driven ABM cadences. You will work hands-on inside Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM, using leading AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, Surfer SEO, GrammarlyGO, etc.) to speed research, drafting, A/B testing and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities Research, plan and write high-value assets: whitepapers, e-books, industry benchmark reports, case studies, ROI calculators, solution briefs and video scripts. Craft persona-specific email sequences, landing-page copy and micro-assets for 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM plays covering Payroll, Core HR, Recruitment, L&D and Performance audiences. Build and iterate nurture journeys in Zoho Marketing Automation; trigger events, personalise content and update lead scores. Leverage generative-AI to ideate angles, draft first versions, refine tone, produce headline / CTA variants and optimise for SEO. Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO for long-form blogs and pillar pages; coordinate publishing with the web team. Interview internal SMEs, customers and analysts to surface thought-leadership insights and data points. Define and track KPIs (downloads, lead-score lift, influenced revenue) in Zoho Analytics; report findings and adjust strategy. Must-Have Skills & Experience 58 years of B2B SaaS content marketing, ideally in HR Tech or enterprise software. Proven success creating assets that convert in an ABM motion. Expert user of the Zoho suite—particularly Marketing Automation, Campaigns and CRM. Hands-on experience employing generative-AI and SEO assistants to accelerate content workflows. Impeccable written English with the ability to turn complex HR & payroll topics into clear, persuasive narratives. Data-driven mindset; comfortable iterating based on engagement metrics and multivariate tests. Nice-to-Have Prior exposure to HRMS / Payroll compliance or HR operations. Experience scripting explainer or customer-story videos. Education Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English or a related field (Master’s welcome but not mandatory).
