About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SCM Consultant to lead supply chain strategy development and transformation initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep domain expertise, strong client-facing capabilities, and the ability to drive strategic alignment across business, supply chain, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Strategy development aligned with business and operational goals.
• Drive technology transformation programs with a domain-led consulting approach.
• Build and mentor a team of domain consultants and business analysts for client engagements and thought leadership initiatives.
• Co-own sales and marketing initiatives, support bid management and proposal development.
• Conceptualize and co-develop innovative solutions and offerings with the technology team.
• Deliver excellence in functional areas such as Planning & Design, Order Management, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, Aftermarket, and Customer Service.
• Develop robust sourcing strategies and present recommendations to client executives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices in inventory management and demand forecasting.
• Anticipate long-term gaps in supply chain competitiveness and develop actionable plans.
• Optimize organizational design to enhance efficiency while aligning with strategic objectives.
• Manage contract manufacturers through selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure seamless integration of supply chain functions with New Product Development (NPD).
• Monitor and improve supply chain productivity using KPIs and industry benchmarks.
• Contribute to industry forums, publications, and thought leadership initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 15 to 30 years of experience in consulting, transformation, or implementation roles.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional supply chain transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in at least two of the following industries: Automotive, Aerospace, Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, or CPG.
• Demonstrated leadership in developing supply chain strategies and aligning them with business objectives.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with mentoring teams to high performance.
• Prior contributions to industry publications or speaker roles at industry forums are a strong plus.
