Tool Room Engineer

Location: Chakan Pune

Qualification:

• Diploma in Advanced Tool & Die Maintenance (Preferably from Indo-German Institute)

Experience:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in tool room operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and servicing of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Ensure precision machining and adherence to drawing specifications.
• Identify issues in tools/dies and carry out preventive and corrective actions.
• Support production teams with tool modification as required.
• Maintain tool room equipment and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for tool repairs and modifications.
• Work independently and coordinate with production/quality teams.

Required Skills:

• Technical knowledge of tool and die maintenance
• Hands-on experience with tool room machines (Lathe, Milling, Grinding, etc.)
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, documentation)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in shifts if required

Additional Requirements:

• Own two-wheeler (Bike compulsory)
• Immediate joiners preferred

• Competitive salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 CTC (No bar for the right candidate)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
