Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Corrugated Box Production Engineer to oversee and optimize the manufacturing process of corrugated packaging. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and supervise daily corrugated box production activities. Monitor and maintain production machinery such as corrugators, printers, slotters, die-cutters, and folder-gluers. Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to reduce downtime, waste, and costs. Implement preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate with the maintenance team for machinery upkeep. Collaborate with the design and quality control teams to ensure specifications are met. Conduct root-cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions. Train and guide machine operators, supervisors, and production staff. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Build positive relationships with customers. Skills Required: Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM handling is a plus).
