Job Description

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound queries politely and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of customer details, calls, and feedback.
Follow up with interested customers to close sales or appointments.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Build positive relationships with customers.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM handling is a plus).
Confidence, patience, and convincing ability.
Willingness to learn and work under targets.

Qualification:

10th / 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
Freshers can apply, training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,593.86 - ₹17,119.10 per month
