Production Engineer - Packaging

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Corrugated Box Production Engineer to oversee and optimize the manufacturing process of corrugated packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily corrugated box production activities.
• Monitor and maintain production machinery such as corrugators, printers, slotters, die-cutters, and folder-gluers.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to reduce downtime, waste, and costs.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate with the maintenance team for machinery upkeep.
• Collaborate with the design and quality control teams to ensure specifications are met.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and guide machine operators, supervisors, and production staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–7 years) in corrugated box manufacturing or packaging industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹38,086.00 - ₹40,687.48 per month
