Experience in migration of portfolio management features from legacy to Avaloq. Proven track record of successful digital transformation projects in the wealth management sector, demonstrating expertise in asset management, middle and back-office transformations, and cash management using Avaloq. Expertise in process mapping, impact analysis, and designing or assessing Target Operating Models, particularly in contexts involving the Avaloq banking system. Previous experience in leading and managing high-profile banking projects, with a preference for those familiar with the Avaloq platform's unique capabilities and how it can be leveraged to transform wealth management services.
