What will you do:

The Consultant - HR Systems is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of HR-related projects, system developments, and ongoing support. This role involves leading end-to-end HR system implementations, ensuring scalable and efficient system designs, and maintaining compliance with legal and statutory requirements. The incumbent will manage a team to deliver high-quality HR technology solutions aligned with business objectives, optimize system performance, manage change processes, and collaborate with stakeholders for seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End HR System Support:

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of HR systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Time Management).
• Provide technical expertise and leadership in system configurations, troubleshooting, and process enhancements.
• Ensure system readiness for legal and statutory compliance concerning HR operations.

2. Solution Design & System Optimization:

• Design and implement scalable, efficient HR system solutions that align with business objectives. Continuously identify areas for improvement, implement enhancements, and optimize system performance.
• Drive the automation of HR processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

1. Training & Support:

• Develop and conduct training programs for system users to maximize adoption and usability.
• Provide ongoing support to HR teams, resolving system-related challenges and ensuring smooth operations.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Change

Functional/Technical Competencies:

1. Expertise in SAP HR Modules: SAP Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management (Leave Application, Time Evaluation, etc.).
2. Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
3. Strong understanding of SAP and SuccessFactors integration.
4. Ability to translate business rules into technical requirements.
5. Experience managing payroll and ensuring compliance with regional regulations.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization.

Experience:

• 6 years + 3 years related experience on S4 SAP HR and SF.
• Hands-on experience in managing payroll for SEA countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Hongkong, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines).
• Experience of ECC, S4 and SF implementation

Certifications:

SAP HCM & SF certification will be advantages

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
