Senior Consultant Business Systems

Primary Responsibilities

• Systems Analysis & Requirements Gathering
• Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes related to transactional print fulfillment workflows
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or reengineering using AI/ML and cloud-based solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed system specifications and use cases
• Solution Design & Documentation
• Design scalable and efficient system solutions aligned with enterprise print architecture
• Create process flows, data mappings, and system interface documentation to support development and QA teams
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and print operations teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive consensus and clarify requirements
• Present findings, recommendations, and system designs to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Testing & Quality Assurance
• Develop and execute test plans and scripts to validate system functionality and data integrity
• Support defect triage and resolution during UAT and production validation
• Project Support & Change Management
• Contribute to project planning, risk assessment, and change control processes
• Support rollout activities including training, documentation, and post-deployment support
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications

• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in systems analysis, preferably in print fulfillment, document management, or transactional output services
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and SQL for documentation and analysis
• Familiarity with print production systems, document composition engines, and fulfillment workflows is highly desirable
• Soft Skills
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
