About the Role:

Senior Consultant (Qualified CA)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead client engagements across taxation, audit, compliance, and financial advisory.
Provide end-to-end consulting on
Direct & Indirect Taxation, Corporate Finance, Risk Management, and Business Restructuring
.
Review and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and compliance documentation.
Advise clients on
strategic decision-making, cost optimization, and growth planning
.
Ensure regulatory compliance under Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.
Handle complex accounting issues and provide practical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
Mentor and review work of junior consultants and associates.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), IFRS, and regulatory frameworks.
Expertise in
Taxation, Corporate Law, Audit, and Compliance
.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently as well as lead a team.
Problem-solving mindset with a consultative approach.
