Senior Compliance Specialist

Second Line of Defense (2LoD)

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the Principal Officer/MLRO for CSC India.
• Provide independent risk and compliance advice on client acceptance.
• Liaise with regulators and support internal/external audits.
• Conduct monitoring, reviews, transaction checks, and investigations.
• Deliver compliance training and prepare management reports.
• Support ad hoc compliance projects.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ compliance experience with strong

  Second Line of Defense (2LoD)

  expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Indian regulations, PMLA rules, and AML standards
• Experience managing risk and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
