Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Compliance Specialist at Worley, you will be a part of the global Ethics & Compliance team, responsible for promoting, overseeing, and implementing Worley's compliance program to ensure that project operations and functions act in alignment with Worley's values and Code of Conduct. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a primary contact for ethics and compliance due diligence on third-party business partners globally, offering guidance and support to key functional stakeholders and leadership. - Conduct comprehensive, risk-based assessments of prospective third parties across multiple jurisdictions, including high-risk regions, to identify ethics and compliance risks such as bribery, corruption, money laundering, modern slavery, sanctions, and other unethical practices. - Analyze identified risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies tailored to specific relationships, transactions, and country-specific risk factors. - Perform periodic due diligence or re-assessments of existing third parties to address emerging issues and enhance mitigation plans as needed. - Develop, coordinate, and deliver compliance training and workshops customized for high-risk functions, key operational stakeholders, and leadership to promote ethical conduct, adherence to standards, and confidential reporting of concerns. - Provide timely updates for management reporting, including due diligence metrics, key risk insights, trend analysis, regional developments, and regulatory changes. Qualifications Required: - 8 to 12 years of experience in ethics and compliance. - Demonstrated ability to assess and manage third-party risks effectively while ensuring compliance with organizational requirements. - Strong understanding of global compliance frameworks, relevant laws and regulations (e.g., anti-bribery laws like FCPA and UK Bribery Act), international guidelines, standards, codes of conduct, and trends in the compliance field. - Self-starter with the capability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team, prioritizing tasks with a strong sense of responsibility. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and analytical capability. - Proficiency in English is mandatory, with outstanding writing skills for drafting due diligence reports, mitigation plans, guidance notes, policies, SOPs, and other compliance documentation. - Strong commitment to upholding the organization's code of conduct, core values, and ethical standards across all operations.,
