Senior Compliance Specialist

Role Overview: As an EMEI Senior Compliance Specialist at Jabil based in Pune, India, you will be a crucial member of the Global Ethics & Compliance Team. Your role will involve managing compliance investigations, supporting the Global Compliance Program, developing compliance trainings, and handling various other compliance tasks. Additionally, you will report to the GECT Management and collaborate closely with the EMEI team located in Spain, France, Hungary, and Poland. Key Responsibilities: - Effectively manage compliance investigations, including evaluation of cases, planning, data collection, conducting interviews, forensic analysis, and synthesizing findings - Engage with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and follow-up, as well as identify opportunities for process and policy enhancements - Support the Global Ethics & Compliance mission by assisting in the development, execution, and management of strategic initiatives, drafting global trainings and policies, and monitoring regulatory changes - Develop in-house compliance training decks for global and targeted groups, as well as deliver trainings in person or through video calls - Collaborate with Internal Audit to review audit reports, conduct M&A compliance risk assessments and due diligence, and propose deliverables to engage senior leadership effectively Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, or a related field is required; Master's degree, CPA, CFE, or CIA is preferred - Minimum of 6 years of experience in forensic review and/or audit work, preferably in a Big Four or equivalent forensics consultancy or multi-national corporate setting - Proven ability to compile and analyze metrics and data, and report findings effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, CONCUR, and COUPA; familiarity with forensic review software is a plus - Strong organizational skills, autonomy, interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills - Fluency in English and Hindi is required; proficiency in Marathi is a strong plus due to the company's employee base (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.),
