The Client Executive is a crucial role in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling the firm's diverse services. This role demands a balance of empathetic communication and strategic thinking to become a trusted advisor to senior management and C-level executives.Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Needs Assessment & Solutioning: Understand client requirements across legal, compliance, financial, and strategic business areas and collaborate with internal experts to ensure seamless service delivery.Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services, proactively finding ways to build client business and drive profitable revenue growth.Issue Resolution: Address client issues, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams and ensuring efficient resolutions.Project Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, marketing, etc.) to ensure client projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress using CRM software and prepare regular reports and updates for clients and internal management.Market Insight: Stay informed about industry changes, market trends, and the competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations and strategic insights to clients.Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or Post Graduate degree preferred).
Experience: Proven experience in a client servicing, account management, or business development role, demonstrating the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and C-level executives.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client challenges and develop tailored solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.Soft Skills
