Senior Client Executive

As a Senior Client Executive, your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth. Your ability to speak in Hindi and English will be beneficial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. - Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. - Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations effectively. - Understand client goals, business challenges, and industry trends. - Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. - Drive renewals and long-term account retention strategies. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery. - Monitor the quality of deliverables and resolve issues quickly. - Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients. - Conduct review meetings and feedback sessions. - Maintain documentation of account activities, meetings, and communications. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. - 4-6 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success roles. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. - Ability to manage a small team of client executives. - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
