Senior Business Growth Manager (SBGM)

Location: Bangalore
Department: Sales & Revenue
Reporting To: VP – Sales & Revenue Growth

Role Summary

You are joining IPDM as a Senior Business Growth Manager (SBGM) — one of the most aggressive and strategically crucial roles in the company. You are expected to bring business from Month 1, close high-value deals, and create immediate revenue traction. The performance expectation begins from the first week of joining, not after training or onboarding.

You will sell IPDM’s most powerful offerings:

  • Strategic Advisory (MBB-level frameworks)
  • AI-Powered Websites & Portals
  • Company-Branded Custom GPT
  • AI Sales/Marketing/Research Agents
  • Low-Cost High-Volume Lead Engines
  • Digital Infrastructure Systems
  • Sales Acceleration Architecture

This role is for top-tier closers who can handle CXO-level selling, enterprise pitches, and high-ticket conversions.

Salary Range

To attract top talent from consulting, SaaS, digital, AI, and high-performing sales environments:

Fixed Salary:
INR 12,00,000 – 24,00,000 per annum(Higher compensation may be offered to exceptional performers.)

Commission and Bonus Structure

This role operates on profit generated, not revenue collected.

Base Commission:

  • 10 percent of profit generated until you reach 10x your monthly salary in profit.

Accelerator Commission:

  • 20 percent commission on all profits generated beyond the 10x profit benchmark.

Quarterly Bonus:

  • INR 1,00,000 – 3,00,000 for sustained overachievement.

Annual High Achiever Bonus:

  • Up to two months’ salary for top-performing individuals.

This framework allows high achievers to earn significantly above market standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Begin prospecting and revenue efforts immediately — performance targets begin in the first week.
  • Acquire high-value clients aggressively from the first month.
  • Drive monthly profit equal to at least 10 times your monthly salary.
  • Conduct strategic sales meetings and deliver compelling solution presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to closure.
  • Build a strong and predictable pipeline across industries.
  • Engage confidently with CXOs, founders, directors, and senior leaders.
  • Sell advanced business solutions including AI systems, strategic advisory, digital infrastructure, and growth engines.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline visibility, and daily forecasting.
  • Identify new market opportunities in sectors aligned to IPDM’s offerings.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term value realization.

Performance Expectations (First 60 Days)

  • Targets apply from the first week of joining, not after probation or training.
  • Close your first client within 14–30 days.
  • Build a pipeline of 25–50 lakhs within the initial weeks.
  • Conduct 10–15 qualified meetings every week.
  • Maintain strong daily outreach across all communication channels.
  • Achieve 100 percent of monthly profit-driven targets with consistency.

Education Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA from leading institutions such as IIM, ISB, XLRI, SP Jain, NMIMS, FMS, MDI, TAPMI and other Tier 1/2 colleges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.

Minimum Requirement:

  • A bachelor’s degree supported by proven high-performance B2B sales experience.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 10 years of hardcore B2B sales experience in digital, SaaS, IT services, consulting, automation, AI, or enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-ticket deals.
  • Strong experience in CXO-level pitching and enterprise negotiations.
  • Experience in digital transformation or AI-driven products is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Master-level negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  • Capability to explain advanced AI and digital solutions clearly.
  • Consultative selling style with strong strategic thinking.
  • High discipline, consistency, and self-driven work ethic.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure in a performance-oriented environment.
