Role Description Dual reporting to both the CEO and Head of India Operations; this is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development Manager, located in Mumbai with work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing strategic business development plans, and negotiating contracts. Daily tasks include market research, networking, attending industry events, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and tracking business metrics to ensure targets are met. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, and market research Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong client relationship management skills Strategic planning and execution capabilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in consultancy or brand strategy is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Personality Traits The three H's that are absolute Non-negotiables: Happy, Honest, and Humble.
