Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the

    US and UK staffing markets

    .
  • Pitch RPO, offshore sourcing, and staffing support services to staffing agencies and recruitment firms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (Founders, Directors, VPs of Talent, etc.).
  • Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation, prospecting, proposal creation, to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with the operations and recruitment delivery team to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in industry events, virtual conferences, and networking groups.
  • Create sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and provide market feedback to leadership.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+

    years of business development experience

    in the staffing/recruitment industry, preferably selling

    RPO or offshore recruitment services

    .
  • Proven track record of closing deals in

    US or UK staffing markets

    .
  • Strong understanding of staffing industry dynamics, especially agency-side operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; persuasive and confident in pitching to clients.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-performance environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple time zones.
  • Strong LinkedIn presence and experience using CRM and sales outreach tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with an

    offshore RPO or KPO firm

  • Existing network of recruitment firms in the US/UK.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tech (ATS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
