Senior Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) in IT Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and establishing strong client relationships in the IT sector. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and offering tailored IT solutions. You will be expected to generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital outreach. Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential prospects will be a key part of your role. Collaborating with technical teams to ensure that the solutions align with customer requirements is essential. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, as well as providing regular sales forecasts and reports to the management.
