Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Sales & Marketing strategies
• Define product strategies and legal structures (SOW, proposal templates, etc.)
• Establish processes and roadmaps for optimal results
• Define territories and commission structures for the sales team
• Manage pipeline and funnel for leads and prospects
• Prepare business proposals
• Handle objections and manage client negotiations
• Monitor and drive closures
• Measure and report campaign effectiveness
• Build and manage teams within budget
• Develop partnership programs (e.g., MSP, AWS, Salesforce)
• Implement DMAIC for client satisfaction
• Conduct business presentations
• Deliver one-to-one and one-to-many communications (meetings, webinars, training)
• Monitor team performance
• Propose innovative business development methodologies
• Collaborate with management on forecasts and strategic plans
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on projects
• Manage the complete end-to-end sales & marketing cycle
