.Required Skills & Experience:8–15 years of experience in Business Development within the BPO/ITES sector.
Strong understanding of global outsourcing trends and industry practices.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.Proven experience in managing global clients.Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.Any reference or lead will be highly appreciated
