Business Development Executive

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle 

    inbound and outbound calls

     to convert leads into clients.
  • Prepare sales pitches, proposals, and presentations

     that make clients say “yes.”
  • Reach out to potential businesses

     and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Onboard new clients

     smoothly and ensure a great start to their Upswing journey.
  • Create systems and strategies

     to improve conversion and sales efficiency.
  • Experiment and innovate

     — find new ways to close deals and boost revenue.
  • Build and lead

     a small sales team as we expand.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent 

    communication and persuasion skills.

  • A proactive, go-getter attitude — someone who takes ownership.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationships.

  • Experience in digital marketing or agency sales

     is a plus.
