dynamic, experienced, and target-driven Business Development Leader

to spearhead our sales initiatives, expand our client base, and lead a high-performing business development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales Strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to generate new business for digital marketing, web development, and eCommerce solutions.
  • Identify and pursue potential clients across domestic and international markets, particularly focusing on high-value accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive end-to-end sales processes from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure.
  • Create and implement account growth strategies to increase recurring revenue from existing clients.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business development executives and closers.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs.
  • Conduct regular reviews, training, and skill enhancement sessions for the team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and ownership within the sales department.
  • Strategic Collaboration
  • Collaborate with project management, marketing, and product teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Work closely with leadership to forecast revenue, analyze market trends, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to the marketing team for campaign optimization and market positioning.
  • Client Relationship & Brand Representation
  • Represent Nethority in meetings, conferences, and client discussions to enhance visibility and brand reputation.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and performance reviews.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 815 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within a digital marketing, IT, or web development company.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing big-ticket clients (?10L+ or equivalent international deals) and achieving sales targets consistently.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce, and web/app development services.
  • Leadership Skills: Prior experience in leading and motivating a sales team, setting up systems, and scaling operations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Location: Must be open to working from Nashik and leading the on-site sales operations.
