Job Summary: Wissen Technology is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to lead IT Services sales and account management efforts focused on Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across India. This is a strategic opportunity for a sales leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth through high-value engagements in Cloud, AI, Data, and Automation.  

Experience: 10 15 Years (Minimum 5 6 years in direct IT services sales)  

Location: Hyderabad  

Mode of Work: Full Time  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and account plans to drive significant revenue growth.  
  
• Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets of $3M $4M through new customer acquisition and strategic account expansion.  
  
• Create and execute customer mapping and outreach plans to penetrate new GCC markets.  
  
• Identify, establish, and cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at GCC entities.  
  
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Wissen’s IT service offerings.  
  
• Prepare and deliver compelling, value-driven presentations and proposals.  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and business goals.  
  
  

Requirements:  

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 6 years in direct IT services sales or business development.  
  
• Proven success in selling complex technology solutions related to Cloud, AI, Data, and Automation.  
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage and achieve significant sales targets ($3M+ annual quota).  
  
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.  
  
• Strong understanding of the GCC ecosystem and its operational dynamics.  
  
• Experience working with IT service organizations such as TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro, etc.  
  

Good To Have Sk ills:  

• Prior experience selling specifically to GCC entities in India.  
  
• Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and enterprise consulting.  
  
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement cycles and compliance frameworks.
