Job Description

Sr. Business Development Manager - Data Center Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth for Data Center Solutions (UPS, Cooling, Racks, Switchgear, DCIM, etc.).
Build and manage strong relationships with consultants, PMCs, EPCs, and end-users.
Identify and influence large data center projects from the design stage.
Support sales teams in proposals, BOQs, and technical submissions.
Travel up to 50% within the Region.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics.
8 to 16 years of experience in Business Development or Solution Sales in Data Center/Critical Infrastructure.
Experience with colocation, hyperscale, or enterprise clients.
Strong communication, relationship, and presentation skills.
Technical knowledge of UPS, Cooling, Power Distribution, and DCIM.
