Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth in government and corporate sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government and corporate sectors, leveraging the GeM portal and other relevant platforms.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive business growth.3. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.4. Drive revenue growth by selling IT hardware products, including laptops and desktops, to government and corporate clients.5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
1. 2-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on GeM portal and IT hardware sales (laptops, desktops, etc.).2. Proven business development and sales skills, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.3. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with the ability to build rapport with key decision-makers and stakeholders.4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
