We’re a fast-moving product engineering team building real things that ship—from Blockchain

(tokenization, on-chain payments) to AI (predictive models, copilots) to clean Web/Mobile apps. We sell fixed scope, fixed timelines, ROI-first projects so customers know exactly what they’ll get

and when.


What you’ll be doing

-Open doors with care: Research a focused list of right-fit companies, reach out thoughtfully

(not spammy), and get conversations started.

-Run great discovery: Understand problems, map value, and agree on success—so proposals

feel obvious, not pushy.

-Orchestrate demos: Work with our solution leads to show how we’ll solve it—clearly and

simply.

-Move to proposal fast: Turn a good call into a crisp proposal/SOW within a couple of days.

Keep it productized; add smart add-ons when it helps.

-Keep the train on time: Update CRM, agree next steps, keep forecasts honest, and hand off

cleanly to delivery after the win.

-Bring the outside in: Share what you’re hearing—objections, pricing signals, content

ideas—to improve our offers.


What “good” looks like

-You book 8–12 first meetings a month with the right people.

-You create 10–15 qualified opportunities a month and move them forward.

-You close steadily, with most deals landing in ~45 days (productized scope).

-Your proposals are clear, on-brand, and don’t need rescuing.

-Your pipeline and forecast aren’t a surprise to anyone.


You might be a great fit if…

-You have 4-8 years selling B2B services or SaaS and you like clear offers (fixed scope, fixed price).

-You’re comfortable talking about Blockchain/Digital marketing/AI at a business level (no coding needed—just

curiosity and clarity).

-You write tight emails/LinkedIn messages, ask sharp questions, and you’re kind in how you

sell.

-You like numbers and own your dashboard—calls, meetings, opportunities, win rate, cycle

time.

You’re organized, collaborative, and enjoy learning from product and engineering.
