Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.
  • Visit prospective clients, deliver sales presentations, and close deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure excellent post-sales support and client satisfaction.

  • Qualifications:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
    • 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
    • Must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
