Senior Business Development Executive

**Job Description:** You will be part of a dynamic team at Tierra Stay, a hospitality brand focusing on luxury villas and boutique stays in Uttarakhand. As a Property Acquisition Manager, your role will involve identifying and evaluating potential properties, building strong relationships with property owners, conducting site visits and assessments, negotiating agreements, and coordinating with the operations team for a smooth transition. You will also monitor market trends, maintain a pipeline of prospective properties, and provide regular reports to management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and evaluate potential villas and boutique properties across Uttarakhand. - Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and local agents. - Conduct site visits, due diligence, and property assessments. - Negotiate commercial terms and finalize agreements. - Coordinate with the on-boarding and operations teams for smooth transitions. - Monitor competitor activity and market trends. - Maintain a pipeline of prospective properties and provide regular reports. **Qualifications:** - Leadership and Management skills. - Strategic Planning and Development skills. - Budgeting and Financial Analysis skills. - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving and Decision-making skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience in the relevant industry is a plus. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
