Company Description Synchronising the collective vision of seasoned hoteliers with over 10 years of experience in owning and managing hotels and resorts in Uttarakhand, Tierra Stay emerged from a shared aspiration to craft exceptional handpicked luxury villas and boutique stays nestled in the heart of Uttarakhand’s serene landscapes. We are currently operating 4 villas and this is just the beginning! We are rapidly expanding, giving you even more options to explore the best of Uttarakhand and beyond and as we grow our presence, and for that we’re looking for passionate and driven professionals to join our team. Role Description · Identify and evaluate potential villas and boutique properties across Uttarakhand. · Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and local agents. · Conduct site visits, due diligence, and property assessments (location, amenities, quality, view, access, etc.). · Negotiate commercial terms and finalize agreements in line with company goals. · Coordinate with the on-boarding and operations teams to ensure smooth transition of newly acquired villas. · Monitor competitor activity and market trends to guide acquisition strategy. · Maintain a pipeline of prospective properties and provide regular reports to management. Qualifications · Leadership and Management skills · Strategic Planning and Development skills · Budgeting and Financial Analysis skills · Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills · Problem-solving and Decision-making skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Experience in the relevant industry is a plus · Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
