Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to e-commerce businesses in the USA and other international markets.
• Generate qualified leads and nurture relationships through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and virtual meetings.
• Understand client needs and pitch appropriate e-commerce/web services aligned with their goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and solution decks.
• Drive the complete sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure and handover.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity data.
• Regularly follow up with potential clients and schedule demo calls.
• Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, platforms, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business development or sales for IT/e-commerce services.
• Proven experience handling US-based clients or international sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English with professional communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, and email marketing tools.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of digital marketing or SEO services
• Understanding of the e-commerce buyer journey and SaaS products
• Experience working with agencies or outsourcing firms
