Senior Business Development Executive

Job Overview: As a Senior Business Development Executive (Education Counselor), you will be responsible for driving student enrollments, providing career guidance, and maintaining strong relationships with potential learners. You’ll act as the key link between the institute and aspiring students, helping them make informed decisions about their career in trading and financial markets. Key Responsibilities: Counsel students on course details, benefits, and career opportunities. Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through effective follow-ups and counseling. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets and contribute to revenue growth. Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-ins professionally. Maintain accurate data of leads and admissions in CRM or internal systems. Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and promotional activities. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the counseling and sales process. Build long-term relationships with students through continuous support and engagement. Train and mentor junior counselors when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (MBA/PGDM preferred). Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development (education/training sector preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi). Strong convincing and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and result-driven mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of financial markets or trading will be an added advantage.
