Position: Junior Trainer – We’re looking for a passionate Junior Trainer with at least 6 months of hands-on trading experience. This isn’t a typical teaching job — it’s about being on the ground with learners, guiding them in a live trading lab environment, and ensuring they develop real skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the Student Doubts and Assistance on a daily basis. Guide and support students during live trading sessions. Help learners understand trading strategies, tools, and risk management. Provide instant feedback and assistance during practice sessions. Maintain discipline and smooth operation of the trading lab. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of real-world trading experience (equity, derivatives, or forex). NISM Certification is Mandatory, NISM RA / DERIVATIVE / INVESTMENT ADVISOR XA & XB / FOUNDATION Strong understanding of basic and intermediate trading concepts. Good communication skills to explain concepts simply. Enthusiasm for mentoring and helping others learn. Ability to work full-time at our Indore office. CTC: ₹15,000 (fixed). Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday – Saturday). Location: Indore.
