You are looking for a talented and experienced International Sales & Marketing Senior Business Development Executive to join the team at Kisan Agro. As a full-time, on-site Business Developer, your responsibilities will include international marketing, sales, market research, and business development. Your role will involve developing strategies to expand the export market, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with international clients. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Generate new International Business leads using various tools & data to convert leads into clients. - Handle key major accounts and manage existing clientele for smooth business transactions. - Analyze competitor activity and customer needs to identify untapped markets. - Directly participate in sales activities, demonstrating strong negotiating skills during closures. - Study and analyze the demands of untapped international markets to strategize market entry. - Monitor pre-sale activities and maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers. - Analyze business potential, develop strategies to drive sales, increase turnover, and achieve targets. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, duties, and licensing requirements. - Coordinate closely with R&D, legal, regulatory, and packaging verticals for smooth product clearance. - Resolve client queries promptly to maximize satisfaction levels. - Maintain strong relations with clients to foster further business opportunities. - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer and industry relationships. - Basic knowledge of a foreign language will be an added advantage. **Requirements and Skills:** - MBA Graduate / Any Graduate - Proficiency in English - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques - Ability to identify key decision-makers and structure persuasive sales pitches - Fast learner with a passion for sales - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.,
