We are looking for talented & experienced International Sales & Marketing Senior Business Development Executive to join our team.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales & Marketing: Senior Business Development Executive. As a Business Developer , you will be responsible for international marketing, international sales, market research, and international business development. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to expand our export market, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building and maintaining relationships with international clients.

Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Generate new International Business leads by using various tools & data eventually converting leads to clients. Responsible for sales and business developmental activities.
  • Handling key major accounts.
  • Managing & handling the existing clientele to ensure smooth flow of business transactions with responsible for sales and business developmental activities. Analyze competitor activity and customer needs to uncover untapped markets.
  • Directly involve in sales activities and displaying strong negotiating skills at the time of closures.
  • Studying & analyzing the demands of various untapped international markets to devise/strategize an entry point. Monitoring pre-sale activities and like regular follow-ups with the potential customers.
  • Analyzing business potential, conceptualizing & executing strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.
  • Monitoring compliance with international trade regulations and laws, such as tariffs, duties, and licensing requirements.
  • Proactive & close co-ordination with all other verticals – R&D, legal,regulatory, packaging for easy clearance of products.
  • Ensuring speedy resolutions and queries and grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels.
  • Maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for further business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and industry partners.
  • Basic knowledge of a foreign language will be added advantage.


Requirements and skills –

  • MBA Graduate / Any Graduate
  • Proficiency in English
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Ability to identify key decision-makers and structure persuasive sales pitches
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
