About the Role

US & North America

hands-on B2B sales role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Identify and research prospective clients in

      US, Canada, and other English-speaking markets

      (mid-sized companies, product companies, and agencies).
    • Generate leads via

      LinkedIn, email outreach, inbound leads, Clutch / directories, networks, and partnerships

      .
    • Build targeted

      prospect lists

      and run structured outbound campaigns.
  • Sales & Pipeline Management

    • Qualify leads, understand their business model, current tech stack, and pain points.
    • Conduct

      discovery calls, product/service walkthroughs, and capability presentations

      with prospects.
    • Prepare and present

      commercial proposals, estimates, and SOW drafts

      in coordination with our leadership and delivery teams.
    • Maintain a

      clean and up-to-date sales pipeline

      in the CRM, with clear stages, probabilities, and next steps.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building

    • Act as the

      first point of contact

      for prospects building trust through clear, honest, and consultative conversations.
    • Coordinate

      follow-ups, demos, and technical discussions

      with internal stakeholders.
    • Nurture warm leads and

      convert them into long-term accounts

      .
  • Collaboration & Reporting

    • Work closely with the

      CEO / Sales Lead / Delivery Managers

      to shape pitches and proposals.
    • Provide

      regular reports

      on leads, opportunities, win/loss analysis, and revenue forecasts.
    • Share market feedback to improve our

      service offerings, positioning, and pricing

      .
  • Targets & KPIs

    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for:
      • Qualified leads added to pipeline
      • Number of discovery / sales meetings
      • Proposals sent and deals closed
      • New revenue generated from international clients

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years

    of

    B2B sales / business development

    experience in:
    • IT services / software development
    • Product engineering / web & mobile app development
    • OR staff augmentation / outsourcing / managed teams
  • Proven experience in

    selling to international markets (preferably US / North America)

    .
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Typical

      software development life cycle (SDLC)

    • Common tech stacks (e.g.

      React, Node, Python, Laravel, cloud, QA, AI/ML

      at a high level)
    • Engagement models like

      dedicated teams, staff augmentation, fixed-price projects, T&M

      , etc.
  • Excellent

    spoken and written English

    you should be able to confidently handle calls and emails with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience with

    CRM tools

    (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Strong skills in

    cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, proposal writing

    , and

    sales presentations

    .
  • Comfortable working with

    targets and performance-linked incentives

    .

Good-to-Have

  • Prior experience working with

    US-based agencies, SaaS companies, or product startups

    .
  • Experience selling

    web development, UI/UX, data analytics, AI/ML, or QA services

  • Understanding of

    Clutch / review platforms / lead-gen portals

    staff augmentation

    dedicated team

    engagement models.
