About the Role V Care Financial Services is seeking an experienced, customer-oriented Telesales Executive to drive sales through strategic inbound and outbound telephone communication. You will be a critical interface between our company and potential/existing clients, responsible for achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities Sales and Customer Interaction
Conduct targeted outbound telephone calls to potential and existing customers Persuade customers to purchase company products and services Cross-sell and up-sell products strategically Process and accurately record customer purchase orders Generate promising leads for the outside sales team Manage customer accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction Develop and sustain solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business Generate leads to develop business from different sources Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationship with clients Book appointment for field sales team with emphasis on high- quality leads
