Senior Business Development Executive - Sales

As a Senior Business Development Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in our Sales Department. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing current client accounts and fostering sales growth - Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through various methods like cold calling, networking, and lead generation - Understanding client needs, providing suitable solutions and proposals, and creating presentations, quotations, and sales reports - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely service delivery - Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions - Staying updated on industry trends and competitors To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service orientation and relationship management abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Desirable qualifications include a background in B2B or tech product/service sales, experience in managing corporate clients or enterprise accounts, familiarity with sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM platforms, and a proven track record of closing deals effectively.
