Senior Business Development Executive

As an ideal candidate for this position, you should be willing to work in US/UK shifts. Your primary responsibilities will include taking ownership of the complete sales cycle from Prospecting to Sales Conversion. This involves Inside Sales Lead Generation and Database Management. You will be required to provide guidance on different channels to establish a reliable database and set targets for the inside sales team, ensuring that these targets are achieved. Additionally, you will need to manage and segment the database according to the sales strategy and maintain a clean database based on sales calls. In terms of managing Tele Calling, you should possess excellent persuasive communication skills in English. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of tele callers, creating effective tele calling scripts, and meeting tele calling targets across different time zones. Prior experience in tele calling is required for this role. Furthermore, managing e-Mail Campaigns will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You should have strong persuasive writing skills in English and be adept at running regular email campaigns. Proficiency in email marketing tools such as YMLP, Mail Chimp, etc., as well as analyzing the performance of each campaign, is essential. As part of Sales Lead Nurturing, you will be tasked with developing value propositions and collateral for clients to facilitate sales closure. You should possess the skills to create competitive sales proposals with specific value propositions for clients, leading to successful sales closures. Acting as a liaison between potential clients and the development team during the sales closure phase and other relevant stages will also be part of your role.,
