About the Role

As a Senior Business Development Executive at EVENTOQ, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities while nurturing strong client relationships. You will play a key role in the strategic expansion of our business, working closely with our leadership team to identify high-potential clients in the event and corporate ecosystem. This role requires a proactive, target-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research: Identify potential clients, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to inform outreach strategies.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, event networking, and digital channels, and convert them into revenue opportunities.

Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and strengthen client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads using CRM tools for accurate forecasting and reporting.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with campaign initiatives.

Feedback Loop: Gather market and client feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.

Required Qualifications

3–6 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in Event Tech, SaaS, or related industries.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (B.Tech/MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Goal-oriented with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Understanding of event industry trends and corporate sales cycles is a plus.
