We help users easily discover and book event service providers such as venues, catering, photography, decoration, and more – all in one place. We’re revolutionizing how people plan events by making the entire process smarter, faster, and more reliable. Role Overview: We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our core team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding event service vendors, building strong relationships with partners, and driving growth in new and existing markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard vendors (e.g., caterers, venues, decorators, photographers) to the Eventoq platform. Explain the benefits of joining the platform and convert leads into paid vendors. Handle outbound calls, follow-ups, and meetings with potential vendors. Maintain accurate records of interactions, vendor status, and feedback using our CRM tools. Build strong relationships with local event service providers to ensure long-term engagement. Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to align strategies. Attend industry-related events and network for potential leads. Provide weekly reports on targets achieved and market insights. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong communication and negotiation skills (Malayalam & English). Confidence in cold calling, networking, and vendor relationship building. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Ability to understand customer needs and business requirements. Prior experience in B2B sales or vendor onboarding is an added advantage. Freshers with a passion for sales and growth are welcome to apply.
